The Four Steps To The Epiphany by Steven Blank
Steven Blank is not only a proven entrepreneur, he is also a Professor of Entrepreneurship at UC Berkley. In this book he documents the concepts of the Customer Development Methodology which is about how to integrate customers so that they become a trusted advisor to help you build successful products. Ideas2Revenue implements several of these concepts for our customers, and our specialty is in bringing these key customers and their perspectives to you so that you can benefit from some of the concepts within this book.
