i2r Global Solutions Inc. was founded in 2003. Since its creation, i2r has evolved to become a specialized consulting and solutions based company focused on assisting organizations of all sizes and within all stages of their growth to be more aligned with their current and potential customers. Knowing how to engage with current customers and prospects, combined with knowledge on how to ask the right questions to uncover true customer requirements is vital to becoming customer-aligned. For this reason our team is predominantly made up of a number of proven sales, sales management, and business development professionals. As part of our consulting organization, we also have a number of external partners that we engage to help with the implementation of any line of business specific requirements. Management Team
Randy Whitcroft is the original founder of i2r Global Solutions Inc., and co-founder of Sales Squared Inc. Randy has over 20 years of hands-on sales, sales management, and business development experience. He spent the early part of his career working with several technology companies including a number of successful years with Corel Corporation, and Rational Software which was acquired by IBM. In 2003, Randy decided to follow his dream of building a company from scratch, and created i2r Global Solutions. With his hands-on knowledge, experience, and a passion for building collaborative customer relationships, Randy has been the driving force in the creation of the Ideas2Revenue methodology, materials, and customer success stories. Randy actively engages directly with clients while continuing to build the various programs and solution offerings. Randy is actively involved within the business community, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Sales Professionals of Ottawa, and TON (The Ottawa Network).

Jason Iacobucci joined i2r Global Solutions Inc. in 2009, and as a managing partner, he plays a key role in the direction and customer engagement for the company. As a co-founder of our sister company; Sales Squared Inc. most of his attention is focused on the day to day management and operations of the company. Jason brings to both companies a strong sales and recruiting background with companies like Pitney Bowes and David Aplin recruiting. He utilizes his strengths in identifying, recruiting, and hiring of top sales talent to continually build and round out the team of professional sales resources required to consistently deliver results to our clients. Jason is very much a hands-on guy who continues to manage and deliver on a number of our key customer accounts.
